Location in the city centre. Very helpful staff and host.

The apartment was cozy and felt like a home away from home. I loved having a kitchenette to prepare light meals and a private entrance added to the sense of privacy. The fully equipped private bathroom was a bonus with a refreshing shower and a bidet for convenience. The sofa bed was comfy and perfect for a good night's sleep.

That the bathroom only had a shower and bidet, no bathtub. But hey, that's just my personal preference, others might not even mind!

we stayed 4 nights here, even so it was a very nice experience. personnel were helpful, day and night. everything was simply perfect. loved every moment there.

super clean and close to the city center - helpful and responsive host - supermarket and bakery nearby - Fabrik is a great place for wine and sandwiches - flexible check-in at owner's toy store.

During my recent stay at Tourist House Bologna - Fringe, I was delighted with the excellent location of the apartment. It was situated in the heart of Bologna, making it easy to explore the city and find great restaurants nearby. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Guido, the host, was very helpful and open to suggestions for improving the facilities. I have no doubt that he will make the necessary upgrades. I had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, with an amazing bed and pillows. The location was perfect, right in the city center and close to train stations. Guido, the host, was exceptional and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Spacious and adequate apartment with dated decor, but comfortable. Excellent location in the heart of the city with great nearby bars and restaurants. Clean with a comfortable sofa bed, powerful A/C, and all necessary amenities. Helpful host who takes suggestions for improvement. Perfect for short stays and exploring the city with everything within walking distance.

We were in Bologna for a week-long vacation and the hotel's location was perfect. We could walk to all the attractions, cafes, and restaurants in just a few steps. Mr Guido, our host, provided us with great recommendations for places to eat and drink. The kitchen facilities were very practical and made us feel at home. The high ceiling added to the comfort and gave us a sense of unlimited fresh air. If we ever return to Bologna, this will definitely be our go-to place to stay.

I absolutely loved the elegant decor of the hotel, with its beautiful paintings and antique furniture. The general areas were cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a cup of tea. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible, with wide hallways and handrails to assist me in navigating the premises.

I would have preferred if the children working there were more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

Great location: the hotel is conveniently located close to all parts of the city and is just a short walk from the central station, making it easy to explore Bologna. the coded access to the building and room provided a sense of security and peace of mind.

Minor maintenance issues: the apartment could benefit from some updates, such as new wall paint and repairing the broken light above the kitchen area. the air conditioning was quite noisy and the control was broken, which made it difficult to regulate the temperature.
